Custom Products Are Non-Returnable
Since our products are made-to-order and customized with names, messages, or designs unique to you, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom items. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned, and we are happy to assist in the following situations:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your custom order arrives damaged or contains any defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund. To expedite the process, kindly provide:
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- A brief description of the issue. Once we verify the issue, we will either replace the product or process a refund at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Personalization
If the customization (such as names, dates, or messages) on your order does not match the details provided when the order was placed, we will correct the issue free of charge. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item, including photos and details of the incorrect customization.
Order Cancellations
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, production may have already begun, and we are unable to cancel the order.
Non-Customized Items
For non-customized products, we do accept returns and offer refunds within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team at support@familywalldecor.com. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. Our team will review your case and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Once a return or refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
