Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 - 5 business days. If you have placed a custom order, processing time may extend slightly to ensure your item is made with precision.

Shipping Rate and Delivery Time

We deliver through Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, USPS, and Canada Post depending on your location.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

A "business day" is Monday through Friday and does not include weekends or public holidays.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email or tracking link, please check your inbox, including your SPAM/JUNK folder, as it may have been filtered there. Once you have the tracking number, you can monitor your order's status. If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated date, contact us at sales@familywalldecor.com, and we’ll assist you right away

CUSTOMS RULES

Orders shipped outside the U.S. and U.K. may incur customs or duty fees, which are government charges, not from Family Wall Decor. We notify you of these fees both during checkout and in the confirmation email.

Choosing the gift wrap option does not exempt your order from these fees. For any concerns regarding customs charges, contact your local customs office, as these fees are non-refundable and not charged by us.

Please note:

International shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can significantly delay the delivery of international orders. Such delays are not reflected in our estimated shipping times and are beyond our control.
